I like the 25 quarters. Nice workout. I remember doing 15 when I was a freshman in HS. That is still the most in one session for me. Good luck at Hartford.

Thanks! Yeah the most I ever did before was probably 16 or so before in college. I wasn't expecting that workout from the coach but it was fun. Good race the other day on the road mile. Great time!
